I've eaten in Ramsay's place in Chelsea more than a few times but have no real interest in restaurateurs etc. I saw The Founder (good movie) but even I'd heard of Kroc before that. He's the guy who turned some hick hamburger stand into the biggest fast food chain the world's ever seen.

I agree. The reason so many restaurants fail is because of stupid owners who don't know how to balance a financial statement to save their life. And owners who don't know how to create an easy, streamlined menu. If you have enough common sense, you can operate a successful restaurant.
