That Sunday Bloody Sunday video they posted to promote this gig is comically god awful. I swear to god, there were more talented musicians at my high school talent show.
At one point, right when the first chorus is about to kick in, Joe looks up from his guitar and starts to sing only to realize he isn’t even in front of his mic. So he has to shuffle over to bark out the backup vocals that are louder than the lead singer.
I had a college roommate that made videos for local bands, he would never put out such a shit video and he charged barely anything. Why would anyone pay to see that show live if that is how they promote it?
Most people get suckered into this stuff indirectly. Like they were just at a bar to eat and have a drink or they were at some local town event and walked past these embarrassing old men playing dress up, then watch for a few minutes.
