If you drink heavily, you should probably watch what you eat and try not to smoke. If you smoke, don't be a drunk and a glutton. If you love eating garbage, ditch the cigarettes and cut down on the booze. You can maybe get away with doing two of those things and make it into your 60s. Full on Ruizing will probably lead to this ending though. He wasn't a bad guy, feel sorry for his kids.
