Along with my HermanoJoe account, another account I haven't used in about six months was also banned. The only correlation I can think of is my IP. Of course, VPNs get around any IP issues.

Joe also says it's not illegal to jerk off to "KP", so I wouldn't put too much stock into any of the nonsense that moos out of his mouth.

Plus, even if they did, there are multiple easy and quick ways to get around that.
