Because he potentially drove Steve to suicide? That just makes Steve even worse for giving him what he wanted. Otherwise he's just a manbaby eating chicken tendies and watching wrestling. Annoying and easily mockable, sure, but he didn't kill himself and leave a woman to take care of his baby alone.
