I used to like him when he did a podcast called the bugle. Way before he was famous. Yeah he's a liberal but I thought he was funny when he did his own material.

Not as hosts. There are a couple of American comedians (Rich Hall, Reginald D Hunter) who live in the UK and are part of the revolving cycle of establishment-approved comedians who appear on panel shows like Have I Got News for You etc. They do what they're supposed to do, mock and sneer at anything conservative (small c) and/or traditional but, so far, no smug American hosts.
