So Fatrick's pictures, any pictures he took are his digital property. So, what do Intellectual Property lawyers have to say about screencaps of his Facebook posts?

I love the fact that we basically have a legal team.

This fucking dicksucker thinks we're going to lay down for him when we big-dicked Opie, Anthony, and Jim. The hosts of the show the sub was based on all finally realized they couldn't stamp us out and eventually fucked off. This guy has a fraction of their pull.

Lead by M., the nigga with a head that’s 75% brain.

I've been thinking about you a lot lately.

You too, Abe. Thanks, buddy.

Guess we're all in the barrel. Boo hoo.

I thought if you put a picture on FB or IG it was fair use?

For Facebook to use. I wouldn't be surprised if Facebook technically owns it accordingly to their TOS

The person. Who took still owns it, but by uploading it, you are legally licensing it to Facebook, so they have the right to use it or sell it as they see fit. But you, who took the photo, technically own it

Nope, afraid not. When you take a picture, you own that picture regardless of where you upload it.

The other solution is to just start taking our own photos of him in person. Copyright is held in the person taking the photo, not the object. We just need to create our own photos, in person.

Yup. Kim took a pic of him at a bar in the old sub, shit like that he can do nothing about. Hope GenCon is a lot of fun, Fatrick.

Bonus points to anyone can get a pic of him shirtless

Ew.

Or we take pictures of his pictures.

You're doing God's work today u/RoliMosimann

Just watch when reposting any of his content. Pedophiles are known for hiding naked children in all f their pictures.

Who is the faggot who lives nearby and has been fucking with him? Can he get some creep shots of fats at the bar? That would give us new fodder and rachet up the paranoia.

either way i don't think the reddit admits are willing to debate us on this matter, they just take fat fucks side and whoever else abuses the dmca notice claim

More than likely, yup.

Is Intellectual Property at all related to an Intellectual Quiz?
