Hitler was raised in a Catholic family (like almost all Austrians at that time) but rejected the church in early adulthood. On occasion he publicly expressed admiration for it as a symbol of conservatism (both the Roman Catholic church and the more German Protestant Lutheran church) but privately ridiculed organised Christianity and was a proponent of Nietzsche's view of it as "a slave morality." There were, of course, many members of the Nazi party (at every level) that were practicing Catholics and Lutherans.
One thing I think we can all agree on though is that any of the above mentioned people would despise Anthony and Joe and consider them "other."
