From what I understand the internship programs now are incredibly regulated. They can only work when the show is on air and they get paid hourly. It’s incredible that they get away with what they did to him, but then again not even management wants to listen to that drivel.

Sammy ain't up to the job

Their first intern was given the hilarious nickname "dbag" by Sam. He quit after Sam's former intern Adrian, who was now a producer, bullied him into wearing a dress and "cock sucker red" lipstick. Hehehehehehe. Adrian, himself, quit soon after when Sam made him a target with no dbags left to bully.

Jim also got angry at Adrian on air for not writing him a book report during his last week on radio. Sober Jim also thought it was hilarious to make dbag get really drunk on his last day so he'd fail at his new job the next day. Jim also "as a joke" wasn't going to pay for the going away dinner/drinks even though he forced the kid into it. Once people called Jim a bitch, he paid for it and said of course he was always going to pay.

These guys were too old for this shit 20 years ago.
