Seriously, tenants who destroy the places they rent deserve to be fucking killed. In most places landlords have zero rights and they're just kind of trusting you to not financially ruin them with repair costs/lawyer fees when they have to spend like $15,000 to actually evict you over a period of like 5 months when you get to go back to the place you don't own and wreck it some more because you know you're getting the boot soon.

Go on vacation for 2 weeks and come back to find 50 fugees in your apartment who paid a cnote to some scamming cunt. Now try to get them out of there

Where I live, if a tenant leaves their shit when they leave in the middle of the night the landlord has to pay to store their stuff for a year. Not only that, you have to hire bondsmen or some shit to move it, the court doesn't want you trashing the deadbeat's shit while you're hauling it to YOUR storage unit that you have to pay for.

My parents do this. Move into a decent apartment, smoke like chimneys so everything is covered in a thick orange sludge. Impossible to remove and painting over it just makes it bleed through later. They get stoned and burn the carpet all over the place, spill coffee all over, never vacuum it. It's complete trash by the time they eventually leave without paying the $2000+ they still owe. Move every 2-3 years and do it all over again.

This is common behavior in the rental business. That's why I always want a criminal background check, credit check, and proof of employment. Preferably an old woman with direct deposit social security.

My dad had a small apartment building for a long time and was the biggest retard about who he'd let rent there. Like people that were very obviously crackheads upon first glance who had never held jobs. He'd believe their bullshit and do them favors every time and he never once had a tenant that didn't fuck him over. If I ever had to go to the place to do some work I'd see the people and just shake my head knowing what was coming. I imagine it's the same feeling as watching your dad get beat up.

Usually the landlords were elderly women who couldn’t keep up the houses by themselves and joe Sr believed them to be easy marks. Apparently they were tougher than he thought so joe had to sneak out at night.

There was a trashy family in my old neighborhood that did this with businesses. The mom was a hair cutter and would rent space in strip malls or whatever, then not pay the rent. Then when she'd get evicted she'd bring the family there to trash the place, steal shit, rip out pipes and wire and etc. They thought that shit was hysterical, like a fun family activity.
