I don’t think bringing Sam was weird or even assuming he had a plus one. I do think it was very strange to think it’s okay to call the guy the night before his wedding. So basically, you’re right but also Jim is a fucking weirdo.
It was a very non-traditional low pressure wedding, light on planning and light on gravitas. This would only be obvious to anyone who listened to more than a 24 minute clip about it.
Wtf are you talking about? The clip explains that they got married in a historic building in NYC, had waitresses, and it involved multiple levels of envelopes for a a fucking seating chart. Table numbers in the 20s means at least 100+ guests.
