Meanwhile I played for the worst state in my country at U/15 level and we played our national team in warm up games for the Nationals and beat that bunch of dykes every single time.

It really is hilarious how we're expected to think the women are better than the men at soccer just because they win. The same thing happens in Minnesota with the Lynx basketball team - on more than one occasion I've heard "I'd rather cheer for a team that actually wins" when talking about the Timberwolves vs Lynx.
Another fun thing is to watch boys junior hockey teams absolutely clobber National women's teams.
Our national team got a 7 nil thumping by a boys u/16 club team a little while back and they're still talking about 'the fight for equal pay' between the men's and women's game.
