When I talked to the other mods about u/RamonFrunkis's legal threats against Joe, one of them said: "I don't know about the other mods, but I haven't heard from him since his modmail to the CPM sub, where he said he'll be laying very low and not commenting publicly for a while on the advice of his attorney while they get his lawsuit going. Who knows if he's bullshitting, but hopefully not."

If there's something in the works against Joe legally...whether he's paying for part of it or the whole thing: Anthony is footing the bill. That's the only reason Joe is gone. Anth is worried about fighting his brothers' legal battles financially, during a time where money is tight. So he MUST be throttling Joe in some way.

Joe, however, is DM'ing people in the hopes that they share screenshots of the convo on the sub, so he can strike them. Even though that doesn't technically count as a DMCA; it's enough to get the sub on the radar of reddit Trust and Safety and for them to act by removing another sub. He may not (or may) be making random DMCA's right now, but he is trying to bait the water to see who'll bite. So just dont bite.

Because Joe CAN'T leave it alone.

But Joe deserves a large amount of hate, regardless.
