That's such a ridiculously pandering and illogical thing to do. Hitler's rise to power was a quirk, a 'perfect storm'; a result of his upbringing (to an extent) but, much more importantly, a consequence of a complex series of political and economic events that were almost all completely out of his control.
Were it not for a century and a half of pan-Germanic mysticism and romanticism, the First World War, the Treaty of Versailles, the disintegration of the Austro-Hungarian empire, the Wall Street crash and ensuing Great Depression, the backing of the more right wing members of Bavaria's upper class etc etc etc, Hitler would have just been another failed...insert aspiration...ranting in the pub.
To act as if his DNA is some kind of demonic spawn that needs to be eradicated for the future safety of humankind is a deeply stupid way of looking at things and kind of lets him and everyone who backed him off the hook.
