How do you report ban evasion? I only see things like hate speech and bs like that

"This person is impersonating me/somebody else" and then you go from there.

Additionally, you can also report individual tweets. Practically everything he tweets can be interpreted by Twitter's rules as directing hate towards a group.

Call twitter and say someone is impersonating a person that was banned. Tell them if he proves its hjm, hes ban evading. If not its an impersonator. Either way hes violating TOS and gets banned.
