REMINDER: Maddox filed a lawsuit against the internet for the same reason Patrick wants to and lost hard

Daily reminder that Maddox, being a pathetic cuck like Pat, also got mad at the internet, filed a lawsuit for $300 million in damages, and got laughed out of court.

Much like our boy Pat, Maddox also had "receipts" . He compiled screenshots of every "death threat" he received, and screenshots of whatever the fuck was supposedly ruining his brand, and they were all included in the lawsuit as exhibits.

Unlike Pat, Maddox also had a more tangible person to point to - Dick Masterson, and a community that didn't fracture every single day.

In the end, Maddox went totally bankrupt in paying his lawyer fees. And despite alleging Dick was an alt-right, rape list writing misogynist, with an equally "toxic" fan base, a New York Latino judge still ruled that Maddox was a public figure and a cuckold, and therefore not entitled to shit.

/u/patrickstomlinson have fun getting fleeced by a jew lawyer, you fat fucking retard.

Maddox recently ended the podcast he kicked Dick off, while Dick is currently making $24,921/month (just from Patreon) for the show he started after being kicked off. Dick also took Maddox's ex-girlfriend, who he was still in love with, which is what started the hatred. Dick took his "fame" his money and his girl.

Dick is a Chad. It's kind of funny the parallels that exist between Patsy and Maddox. Both try to give off an image of masculinity, and they fail horribly at it. One is an overweight butterball, the other a skinnyfat armenian. But hey, they're writers.

I always feel so embarassed that I used to be a fan of Maddox.

I thought he was hilarious when I was 13.

The Maddow lawsuit transcript is one of the funniest things I've ever read. I did a project on it for a Law class:

MR. GREENBERGER: So, when you read through everything in there, what I can distill is basically two things. One is he created a comedy album that charted on iTunes called Cuckmas Carols. Now, the word cuck, C-U-C-K, is going to come up a lot today. It is central to their defamation claims and really at the core of this case. It's internet slang. It's a new term that basically could be equated to jerk or, you know, there's colorful Yiddish words that you could use, okay, that we have to say them.

Mr. Kokkinos created an album called Cuckmas Carols that basically makes fun of Mr. Ouzounian to the tune of Christmas carols and uses the word "cuck" repeatedly. It is our position that cuck is not defamatory. It's either opinion or something like calling somebody a jerk. And we cite numerous cases where if you just call somebody a scumbag or a jerk or a terrorist, it's hyperbolic, it's not defamatory, okay. So that's number one.

Number two is that he allegedly created this advertising campaign to get fans of the plaintiff to switch to become fans of The Dick Show. Now, you can't steal fans. There is no such thing under New York law about stealing fans. Right? You're either popular and people like your content or not.

...

Happy to not know who any of these people are. Smashing the Milwaukee Fatass is enough for me.
