Why has nobody pointed out just how childish the covers of Patrick's books are?

For somebody who takes himself way too seriously, you would think he would pick something other than 'cool spaceship' but I guess it never occurred to him. Maybe all the grease in his arteries has cut off oxygen to his brain. It could also just be plain emotional immaturity, which would also help explain why he does not have custody of his daughter.
