I really do believe he stole this guys look. This interview began with SiriusXM plug and im sure Jim heard of another Chip. When Chip first did the comic con bits he just had a dumb look and now he is Chip Z'Nuff with a different voice.
Why did the cheap fucking glasses and wig start anyway? Even the cartoon Chip was animated to look like Jim and not like a dollar store Halloween section vomited on him?
