This woman might be complete batshit crazy making this up but anybody who looks up Joe's social media history would be likely to believe every bit of it. I'm sure the Cumia brothers media addictions will never harm them in the future. They have it well under control.
But you don't understand - he's an artist! He can't be bothered by something as dull. He's just creative with her schedule, bring a little chaos in joy in her pointless life and stupid pointless dreams of a degree, financial sustainability and ly life. Ha! Peasants!
Clearly there were at least 37 assorted disabled veterans to respect, flags to retrieve, libtards to show who’s boss and immigrants to scald for not being American enough. Each incident also requiring a lengthy lecture for Layla, of course. Who needs school when you have the sage wisdom and tireless work ethic of Brother Joe Cumia to guide you through life!
I can see 10, maybe 20 times of being late to school, but 37? He doesn't even have a fucking job. What type of garbage school is he sending his kid to where they wouldn't at least contact CPS at some point?
He tried to get her to school on time, but there was a Sons Of Anarchy t-shirt in the middle of the road.
People were just running over it.
He stopped in the middle of traffic - much to the distain of black-libtards - and pulled the shirt to safety. And even though that shirt was made in China, he told his half-nigger daughter, "this is what we do as Americans. As Cumias. Now spit in my mouth and lets get you to the Compound....I mean, school."

For what it’s worth, that like Danny Ross said that Joe and Anthony did everything by the book in regards to Joe’s allowance. This was when Danny was really going at Anthony so it’s probably true.
If I earn income from a company, and then using my after-tax income to hire an employee to, say, care for my kids or clean my house, the money I pay the employee is taxable as income for them.
If I earn income and give gifts to people in excess of the gift tax limits, even if they do zero work for me, that gift is taxable.
I used to work for a live venue and I don't think any of the musicians we hired ever did their taxes right. They all had genuine American made Martin's though so I knew they weren't poor.
This has always been the most disgusting SAMCRO revelation. As fun as it is to mock his foibles, those are largely self-inflicted. Robbing a child of a stable future because you're a shiftless, roustabout "musician" is fucking disgusting.
He hides income in order to keep his child support payments down. Not to evade taxes. Not sure what his allowance is but a decent band makes 2500 per night. Joe probably keeps 1500 of it. The band seems to average 3 or 4 gigs per month.
2U average about 2-3 gigs a month. Most are at Long Island/Tri-State pub/restaurants. I'd say (tops) the band make $800 for these gigs (I'm being generous). Then, Joe has to play fake Larry, Adam and Bono. There is the gas money and other miscellaneous expenses. I'd say that Joe -maybe - pockets $300 for the gig. He probably makes more for his "event" type gigs (the ND tailgate thing etc.) but the majority of 2U shows are at the aforementioned pub/restaurants (with the occasional library parking lot gig thrown in).
Well solo gigs pay more for obvious reasons and out of any event i can think of, a wedding is the best chance to grossly overcharge ive heard of dj`s charging 1k + cuz they bring their own mixer / albums. So yea its expected for you to make more doing that
$2,500? Where did you get that figure? The good wedding bands/corporate gig bands can make this (and more) but BroJoe plays in a tribute act. The level of pay is much different.
We have musician impersonators come through our town all the time and they usually sell out at around $30-$50 a ticket. Guessing 400-500 people. I'd imagine they make a good pay cheque. I suppose the variable here is how big of an audience Joe pulls.
I think Brother Joe's pub gigs aren't charging $30 a ticket. Maybe $15 but these are not big venues. I would be amazed if he made over $1,000 for his pub shows. Then again, wasn't the cancelled Trenton (resulting in the People's Court appearance) worth about $2,000? Again, I'd be amazed if he consistently pulls that figure for his 2-3 gigs per month. Then again, the bridge and tunnel punters aren't the brightest lot.
Maybe one is should pretend we want to book 2U and we can see what Joe's rate is.
Grateful dead tribute bands that bring their own fans make a little more than $2500. If joe can convince the club that he's bringing his own customers to the bar, he can easily get that. The guy who hired him for St Patrick's day paid him around that amount and he didn't even have to show up.
Guys, relax. Joe has been going through a tough time ever since he got taken for a ride by that Chinese guitar knock off company. It's really affected his ability to be a good father. Also affecting his ability to be a good father is that he's a five star loser who was dishonorably discharged from the military because he disgraced his family, himself and his country. I hope he gets cancer for father's day. To put a kid through shit because you're mad at their mom or dad is the pettiest thing a parent can do. Joe Cumia is an embarrassment.
I actually got a private message from Joe's ex-wife once regarding a post here where the leech was trying to influence the votes in favor of his daughter's easter diorama for a contest using his Facebook. Obviously, the reason for the post was mocking Brother Joe's pathetic attempt to cheat in a contest for kids but the lady didn't get that. Too many whacks to the head with a frying pan, perhaps. She just saw it as an attack on her daughter and her privacy and seemed pretty upset.

It must be nightmarish to be forever tethered to someone like Joe Cumia. He uses almost zero discretion when posting online and constantly invites people he gets in fights with to target him, not caring that other's connected to him will likely get hit with some shrapnel.
I hope this Facebook post gets spotlighted in the upcoming u/BeigeFrequency created documentary focusing on ole' Samcro Joe. I'd love to see one of those spinning newspapers that reads, "JOSEPH CUMIA IS A LOW LIFE LOSER".
I used to work for a live venue and I don't think any of the musicians we hired ever did their taxes right. They all had genuine American made Martin's though so I knew they weren't poor.

Joe doesn’t have a fancy new anything. However, the idea of Joe laundering money/ecading taxes sounds like something the IRS would be interested in.
Maybe someone should let them know about Joe’s questionable fiduciary state.
1 WalterWhite2012 2018-09-03
It’d be a shame if Joe’s allowance wasn’t being reported to the IRS. Take down Joe and Anthony.

Huh?
