Maybe I'm biased but with where Bennington is at in his life, he seems to be fine just doing favors for people. The guy is almost 60, if he can give Earl, Pepper, and Gail a platform to survive off of when he dies/retires in the next five years then good for him. I'm sure Earl has been struggling tremendously. It reminds me of Howard, I think Stern is genuinely concerned what all his employees will do if he ever retired. With how SIRIUS operates and depending on if they resign Norton and Sam, than it's pretty much guaranteed Gail will have a show there when her dad leaves and that means so will everyone currently employed on the Bennington roster.
