You can get an MTR (motion to revoke) for probation violation(s). It depends on the infraction. Since has a lawyer, if he were MTR'd he would have a quick court date and be able to bail out. Then he would have another court date to determine if his plea is revoked and that would open him to jail time. Considering he has money, they would probably just tack on additional probation time and perhaps an in-patient 28-90 day in-house rehab. Celebrities like Chris Brown, Robert Downey Jr, and Lindsay Lohan consistently violated their probation terms, yet none of them spent much time in jall (Chris Brown I think served a few months for his constant fuckups).
