I think this place outgrew discussing these shows years ago. We are the sad abandoned children desperately trying to be as funny as our Daddy was. And for me personally, a lot of forum regulars easily top that level of yummaaa.

What you probably didn't realise was that the "poking fun" slowly turned to genuine disgust and dislike, the more we learned about the people we thought we knew. We have had savage threads daily for years now. Ask around but I think the good will for Anthony disappeared when we all found out the extent of him trying to groom kids and then trying to deny Sue Lightening even existed. Yimmy hasn't faired so well either. Most people were okay with him conning us out of 60 grand but then he became an unfunny cuck, never supported Louie and starting to tell everyone he wanted to marry a Swedish camwhore who didn't seem to care if he existed. I'm no mawwwral arbiter here and I don't try to be neither, but it is what it is really. The actions of the people in the show led to this, more so than we as a community caused it. They kept dark secrets, people found out and mocked them for it, they pretended it never happened and tried to move on like Opester going to the phones. I'm not justifying anything but I'm not gonna condemn it neither.

You also seem to have the misconception that this was some sort of plot that we all participated in, when in was reality it was between 1-6 sick individuals who all got banned for participating. I don't agree with what they did, but I'm not gonna pretend I didn't laugh out loud at it. Like most things that happened on the show, I'm sure Joe DeRosa's friends would be upset by it but lets not pretend, it's not hilarious on any level whatsoever.

Did we all lament about when KillaKuhn starting calling around trying to get Brother Joes gigs cancelled? Were we all collectively responsibly then? No. Of course not. Funeral homes do it as a courtesy for the recently deceased. The guest book is placed on the funeral home's website and you can sign your name in the book - with a message.

The initial reaction seemed to be respectful, except for the rightfully mocked Facebook post from Joe where he couldn’t help being himself. There probably still would’ve been some degree of mischief on the online memorial anyway, but I think Anthony exacerbated the matter by burrowing in on being business as usual, and creating the perception that this major life event rolled off his back. If he went off the grid to mourn, or displayed real humanity about being broken up about it, then the hijacking of the memorial would’ve really been beyond the pale. Hopefully the damage was limited to the esoteric references about one of her publicly visible sons from the screenshot, with nothing ill said about her in particular. It’s defensible to say a memorial for a dead person should be 100% off limits, but there’s some extenuating circumstances here involving onlookers who revert to comedy as a natural tendency. Hey, it’s a testament to her parenting skills that she raised a son with these kinds of powers of influence.
