The only other repeat I can think of (besides Larry David of course) is the guy on the payphone in the Chinese Restaurant pops up again as a fashion photographer in The Puffy Shirt, two of the best episodes in my opinion.

He was constantly in the show. In the episode where George is picking Jerry up from the airport -- I think when they steal the Nazi limo??? -- after George is annoyed that a man won't tell him the time and that guy later asks George for the time and he gives the same answer that annoyed him earlier.
Also, he's in the episode where Elaine dates the clothing store guy with the pony tail. Pony tail tries to introduce him to Elaine and she can't pronounce his name "It's ENE (Ian)".
I love the Chinese Restaurant, too. It's like a little play.
Chinese Restaurant (and most of seasons 2 and 3) were my favorites because they were like little plays as you say, and truly "a show about nothing" while still being so much about human nature.

No matter how many times I watch this clip of her "dressing down" George, I'm always slightly uncomfortable because she still "Kate", the cute working class girl who's "one of the guys" in Drew's circle. I think we all wish we had a girl like that in our lives.
Checked her IMDb page after I posted this. Thankfully, she's still very active in Hollywood, and has like 100+ episodes of other shows under her belt over the past 5 years. She seems like a good egg, so that makes me happy.

Another repeat is the Nazi girl who thinks George is the head of the Aryan Nation. She's also the girl who refuses the apple pie from Jerry.
