This is an admittance that he's filing the DMCA's in bad faith. He's filing them falsely in an attempt to get the users personal info so he can use it to harass them.
If he tries to legitimately bring a case against them, he'll get laughed out of court. Submitting one image that is falsely DMCA'd by him is not enough for Joe to blame all of the Subs doing on that person.
Whoever decides to take him to court is going to easily win the case and probably be able to sue him/Ant for whatever attempted doxxing they do.
