Every time he DMCAs me posting his “jerking off to kids/Pedophilia is ok” rant i just immediately repost it. This account has like a dozen DMCAs to it and its alive and well.

Typing it out doesn't make it someone else's intellectual property, but who cares? That being said, I feel pretty certain there's never been a court case over something so petty so there's really no precedent.
