So Joe has copyright over his images and name. But, does he have copyright over his home address / phone number etc?

Like if a business was to setup shop in Port Jefferson that sold white supremacist gear and openly promoted pedophilia on its website and social media channels, and had the business address of a certain Port Jefferson location could there really be grounds for a DMCA?
