That’s partly right. When Admins receive 100’s of complaints for EVERY Reddit TOS Violation and the mods do nothing about it but argue with other mods, the sub eventually gets banned by Admin. Took me about a month of incessant reporting of violations and 4 email accounts. Worth every minute.
