The only ones being stubborn are the one still posting about Gatrick Fomlinson and what not. I'm almost certain most of them are just hired mercenaries who just wanted to take the sub down.
Making a private sub with vetted individuals is the only way it would work, and good luck with that.
It's sad really, but what can you do? Without the sub I'm just going to to get back into a life of crime, so just add that to the crime statistics for minorities, and it's everyone's fault.
