Both hate black people.

Both are unusually attached to their brothers.

GG's shows would often end after 20 minutes, while JoeJoe's usually end before they even begin.

Both men inflict pain on their audience, GG with his fists and JoeJoe with his awful looper full of blues licks.

JoeJoe looks way more like GG than he does The Edge.

Both have an obsession with bodily fluids, GG with his feces and JoeJoe with his child spit.

JoeJoe already owns part of the act. He successfully sued for a writing credit for the song "Expose Yourself To Kids", winning because it was his life story as shared to GG in a Philadelphia bus station bathroom, in the afterglow of a very brief romance. Buttfucking makes him all talky.
