From the old sub: “KP” enthusiast Joseph Colleen Cumia thinks that a text box on a help desk form is the same as a legal agreement

Cross posting my other post. Tl/dr it's a complex legal issue and samcro is retarded as usual with boomer logic.

Hey retard its a messy, complicated legal issue that is over your cow brained head. You should really clarify with your lawyer, since it is…you know a felony. The screenshot you posted is from the submission “suggestions”. Its not a legal binding document like say….the terms of service and user agreement. In the updated terms of service it says nothing about you owning self posts or texts. I’m sure your lawyer told you that but you were too busy hanging out with pedophiles to remember.

  1. Your Content

You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content, is vague and up for a challenge. A standard interpretation would that you only own the rights to anything you already own. I.e posting an except from your novel in progress wouldn’t release your ownership of it. Again it would need to be decided by a court and is a toss up on interpretation. I’m sure your lawyer advised you that ambiguous and vague terms like this generally would be in favor of the person objected to them, but then again is it really worth the risk of a “lefty judge”.

Anyway enjoy your rambling boc post that is hilarious and always good for a laugh.
