If you press CTRL+A (hold them at the SAME TIME) then hold SHIFT+DEL on your keyboard (ALSO HOLD THEM AT THE SAME TIME) then click YES on the next PROMPT (that means a WINDOW that has MESSAGES on it for those who don't know) you can TRANSFER everyTHING to the other THING.
Real talk though does this dumbass actually want to transfer his Windows directory over to an HDD when it's already on the HDD? Yeah that's a good idea let's just chuck a wrench into the driveshaft so that the tires have more room to move, dummy.
