Seriously help the cause brothaman. Download a temporary email app and make an account. They may ask you to tie your number to it later but you can remove that in settings. If you get blocked, rinse and repeat.
Sign in with your phone number and then go to settings and set an email if you haven't, it allows you to delete your phone number and you can use it for future accounts. As soon as you create an account remove your phone info in settings.
