His wife probably owns a small insurance company and he is one of the employees being paid full time. He is probably part owner as well and receives business income (which is how he clears a 6 figure income, probably counting the wife's portion of business income too). So in reality, his wife hires two full time people paying $14.50 per hour and probably providing the most shit insurance available while still making those two employees pay for half of the premiums. And they probably only match 2% contribution or something like that with the 401k. Hardly anything.
Sure, Fat Pat is probably living pretty good on that sort of setup, but he and his wife certainly aren't setting the world on fire.
