Given that Twitter overturned their own policies in order to accommodate Fattycakes and his Twitter whining, would they also be liable in the pending civil suit against Tomlinson? I believe that Twitter willfully gave a platform to a known hate-monger, and they are also responsible for reparations in this case.

Shame on Twitter for providing a safe space for a hateful demon like Patrick S Tomlinson! They knew better and did nothing!

That would be terrible if Pat was sued. He wouldn't be able to afford the lawyer fees to get his Twitter resurrected a second time after he loses it again.
