It was a screenshot of one of his Tweets. He was bragging that he 'lapped' that Breitbart guy in likes for a related Tweet. I posted it with the caption 'Insufferable'.
Is this an action of a man who has big things in the works?

It wasn't that he "lapped the breitbart guy", he was celebrating that his tweet to the breitbart guy got more likes and retweets than his original viral abortion tweet. He was publicly patting himself on the back that his second viral tweet was bigger than the first.
