Can you imagine getting this worked up over not getting an autograph from another man seven years younger than you?

If this is the rant I'm thinking of it took place at an event where it was explicitly stated that there'd be no photographs and that Jim knew that but went for it anyway (and properly got shot down).

Well yeah but they meant no regular people would get autographs. We're talking about Jim 'Baby Boy' Norden here; he's special.

What's hilarious is I do have a Derek Jeter autograph from when I ate at the same table with him, Chili Davis, and others back in '98 but I digress...

Did you come across as an autograph whore or a polite and normal person?

A friend got the autograph for me earlier in the evening and I ate with them like a normal person.

He makes sure to point out all the time that sxm paid whatever amount of money for a table. As if that makes it ok for him to not listen to clearly set rules and be a generally annoying cunt.

I can't, but then again I'm a well-adjusted adult male who measures his worth by his work and contributions to the world and not how many signed celebrity pictures adorn my walls.

It's so funny how I got a photo with Jeter and an autograph just by asking him when I was a kid. I'm sure he was only trying to fuck my cousin who brought me to games, but I still have the photo and autograph, and guess what? Jimmy doesn't. That's because he's a faggot.

Even as a kid I never understood wanting someones autograph. My dad used to always try and get me to ask for one and just didnt want to. I get the sports thing on cards/memorabilia for those into that I guess but jimmies obsession with collecting them I dont get. Im totally fine with a handshake and thanking them. I dont need a photo or an autograph. The memory is good enough.

Likewise. I go to Con’s all the time and just being able to say hey to someone I like is more than enough for me
