If you ever wonder why no government job can get anything done is because 89% of the employees are black. Or at least that's my experience when I worked 4 different government jobs.
My mail district is so bad you can literally expect the mail to make it 50% of the time. The carriers are (seemingly) all black, and your only options are a 5’2 & 210lb woman, or a 6’3 & 22yr old guy with his pants hanging past his ass, shuffling down the street at -5mph.
