The general consensus about everyone getting banned in /r/metalgbt was because it was a sub unrelated to O&A and hence it was considered brigading. I'm not sure if I personally buy this explanation but we'll go with it.

We have a list of about 20-30O&A related subs that we'll run through first. If we exhaust that list then we'll start pointing everything to unrelated subs (I mean, who doesn't want to post one /r/OwlLovers?!).
