6 small healthy meals/snacks day and a lean and green (6oz. meat and salad) at night. Nice diet, stupid.

If anyone of you fellas are actually trying to lose some weight, just eat one meal a day, at around 3-4PM. You can eat whatever you want. Don't eat 6 small meals a day like an asshole.

It's true. After 5 pm is the killer. But again anyone can do it.

Low-T JoeH needs a man's diet to compensate for... well, you know... low-T.
