I just unsubbed from there because i'm tired of seeing opie hate posts. Sure, Anthony is the funnier one of the two, but i don't listen for any one person. I like the show as a whole. Topics are always interesting, there's a lot of humor and still plenty of dark jokes which i love. It makes me sad that a wedge was driven between the b-b-boys but i think it saddens me more that there was such a wedge driven amongst the fan base. I can't wrap my head around the fact that people hated on Opie and Jim because they didn't jump ship because of Ants firing. I don't know much about the radio business other than i like listening to funny engaging talk. But I do know that contracts can't be just broken with no repercussions. Its kind of the same with cell phone contracts, you don't do your part, the higher-ups are going to shit on you. Opie has a family to support, and Jim doesn't have enough to fall back on to be able to say FUCK SIRIUSXM and just ditch it.
Anyway, i hope this sub gains popularity and the negativity stays away. Its not the same show anymore, but thats not a bad thing. I still love the show, and love TACS also. the way i see it is more of a good thing. Pleasant listening brothers!
