Calling software devs in this subreddit

We need a software solution in the event the subs continue to get shut down. I'm not sure what kind of software experience people we have in this sub but here is what I'm thinking:

  1. A database of dynamically generated sub names that start with "OpienAnthony"
  2. A separate website that serves as an info page in the event all subs (including /r/scorch) get banned. This site would post the next sub name

Or if anyone has a simpler idea that doesn't involve any dev work that'd be great too.
