Saw it when it came on HBO go a few weeks ago and it was pretty shit. Couldn't buy dumb Maxim covergirl Olivia Munn as the world's leading expert on aliens. Crazy Rich Asians was better, and there's no way a diversity romcom should be better than a Predator movie.
I've been watching Billions lately, they keep casting 'sassy' women who just dont fit the roles. I think of them like the network watermarks. They only distract you from becoming fully engrossed in a show but someone decided it needs to be there so you have to avoid focussing on it
The whole film made me mad but I'll give the writers this: It is suggested in the first one that the hunters tend to come down during warm periods on Earth.

I don’t know anyone that likes any of the things the government runs. Yet people want to give them total control of all aspects of our life. It’s insane.
