What a douche. We don't need public libraries anymore, dumb fuck, people pirate ebooks. It's actually more economical for the underprivileged, they don't have to drive there physically.
In free markets people choose what they want. Having more public libraries would not increase users. This is how hard left thinks. They always know what's better for the people.
