First subreddit I regularly posted on, my intro to reddit as a whole, in the beginning, as I’m told is the case with most subs, it was awesome. It didn’t have a lot of members at all, and there were quite a few topics to choose from, and the episodes of the show were great. I can’t exactly pin down the exact moment it turned into a “who can best regurgitate nick Mullen’s opinions the best without making it to obvious” type thing, or repeating the same fucking phrases over and over and over again. But any and all criticism of the sub on it is generally responded to by a “what’s his name” or “I fucked her”, inside jokes that the podcast makes. It’s really disappointing and annoying. Anyone else on the sub from a while ago and can reason why/how this went down?
