I travel to India frequently and the more often I go there the more and more obscure places I visit just to see something new, most recently I visited Ujjain, and Bhopal as suggested by Napalm Death and one night there I was walking around at like 10pm for some reason and these rickshaw goons were standing round their autos but because I was a gringo in the middle of street shitter land they confronted me "what religion are you?" so of course I don't know the right answer, they coulda been Hindu Muslim Jain Xtian Jew fuck knows. Do I lie and be exposed or what? I just said "well there is one God many religions bwaa" and suddenly they start jumping and cheering like ive confirmed everything they already new, when really I was just trying to escape an awkward situation. I got a free lift anyway from the religious cunts and they never hassled me again after. But if you go to India stick to tourist areas I reckon. Great joint though, can't recommend it enough. I'm going again in October so I'll keep the sub updated of my adventures

I was active in the church for nearly twenty years, and there's a couple of things that atheists don't understand:

1) The people who are the most vocal about religion are the ones that don't believe in God. For instance, my Dad is one of those people who won't shut up about it. I know him well enough to know that he plays that card to get pussy. He's a complete man-whore and he knows that women love any type of mysticism. It is not a coincidence that nearly every polygamist included a huge dose of mysticism, because nothing drops the panties faster.

2) The people who are really quiet and humble about their religious beliefs are generally the most devout. For instance, if you talk to someone who is truly religious, you will often find that they're filled with doubt. Because they actually think about it. Their the ones who truly reflect on how their actions will affect their afterlife, because they actually believe in one.

TLDR: Atheists frequently focus their rage on the people who are loud and proudly Christian, when ironically it's the quiet ones who are the most devout.

Everyone I know who is anti-religion (with the exception of someone whose parents were legit nutjobs with or without religion) has a huge chip on their shoulder because they were dragged to church as a kid and it was boring.
