Good, that handle should go to the author of the REAL Starship Repo series, not be used as a cover for grooming young children in the greater Milwaukee area.
I'm sure he reported it as an impersonation account. Even when parody is clear to most of us, Twitter is pretty strict on their rules about it. It has to be blatantly clear that it's not the actual person (which is how I assume Handsome Jim Norton skates).
