I been on methadone for about 10 years. Decided it was time to try again for the new year. I started going down 3 mg's a week, then after a bit 2 mg's a week until recently. Now I am just dropping a mg here and there when I am not sick.
I think the longer and higher you go the harder it can get. to be honest, most people I know on it are there for life..
