Make a pinned weekly thread with everything that was deleted, altered, users that were banned and whatever"moderating" activities you fatties are up too.
Enough of the secret cabal of faggotry that was the last years of the old sub with random street shitter threads being deleted users getting banned/not banned etc etc.
Let's get some transparency going.
Also a nice slush fund in the form of setting up a amazon affiliate link since a lot of us shop there. The Panera stock dividends aren't what they used to be.

As an aside, there are europarlamentary elections coming up this may. What happens is national parties are affiliated with a "group" in the parliament. So what happens is a elected official goes there and does not answer to his electorate, or even his party at homr that got him nominated. No, he answers to whatever boss/politburo is the leader of let's say the European Socialists group whose members have nothing to do with one another. It is just a giant voting block It's hilariously undemocratic and is the reason people like Nigel Farage stand out: they are actually doing their job.

I'm not going to pin it but I'll make a weekly thread highlighting any major moderator activity over the past week, for full transparency.
First, we can't alter your posts in any way. I always thought mods could. We can delete, lock, but I can't go in and edit your posts to say something different.
Current banned users are spaceedge, three bots (one of whom follows "let that sink in" with pictures of a sink being let in"), and cheesemanwub (for threatening users and digging up their doxx). SaiyanzRage, saiyanz_rage, and saralinn are all on temp bans. If they can behave, not relentlessly spam links to discord and saiyan's youtube, and try to fit in, we might give them a second chance.
We've enabled the wiki and u/diddlybooba has volunteered to be it's caretaker. We're using it as an archive for all the great original content on the old sub, should be a sticky if you have any old art or whatever saved on your CPU that you want preserved.
I did briefly remove this thread for a couple of minutes after someone spammed a report about it. Once I realized I had removed the thread and not the report, I restored it. It was entirely an issue of me not understand mod tools quite yet, shouldn't happen again. My humblest of apologies to u/Sven-moolie

Nick Mullen was briefly given mod powers without full permissions (meaning he can't really do anything), but the reaction from the sub was pretty mad and he was removed 45 minutes later.
The only other threads that have been removed are of Spaceedge's full name and SaiyanZ spam. Automod has also removed posts from accounts under a day old.

Another mod was suggesting to do something like this.
Banned users so far are 2 mods from the old sub, 3 shitty bots, 3 SaiyanZ Rage spamming accounts (temp bans only) and 1 account that was trying dox regular users.
Most deleted threads are by the auto-mod for accounts less than a day old, other than that it is for shit like phone numbers with names and photos.
Altered? This is part of the retardation of people who don't understand what powers mods have. We can't alter anything.
Does that cover everything?
Oh and about the amount of mods, most of the autistic freak outs about this seem to be based on the belief that 1/8 > 1. More mods means less work for me. I don't put as much value into being a mod as the old guy did or as much as the people freaking out about the mods do.
The old sub had one dictator mod and that was the problem. Also only 4 of us seem to do anything so far.
