Who else is upset because they lost the archive of their life's hateful work.

I lost the best misogynistic, racist, homophobic, Nazi loving jew-hating rants I've ever had in my life. I was looking forward to my grandchildren looking through the archives of Opie and Anthony subreddit so they could have seen what a Wordsmith I once was. Now that's all been taken from me. It will keep me up at night knowing that my ramblings about an old radio show will not echo through history.

i woke up, checked the sub, and my jaw dropped. i was crying so hard, i had to drag myself down the stairs. i was a sobbing mess.
Then i saw logan's instagram, and i lost it. I was literally shaking. I can't believe our community was disbanded:(

QUICK, someone send this to Fatrick so he can work up his long-lost ability to achieve a boner!

He will no doubt take it seriously and post a long diatribe about it somewhere.

Dude, the only thing that can bring that noodle to life is a small chubby child

I'm happy it's all gone. Now when I'm inevitably brought before a judge at one stage in the future they can't use all the vile things I said on that sub against me. Feels like a weight has been lifted.

It's terrible. It's not like I nuke my account and start a new one a couple times a year, I lost countless years of posts that I read back to myself every night!

I won't believe it's really gone until Twitter stops suggesting that I follow our marginally attractive black friend with the herniated navel.

Without the old sub, I'm now afraid that Layla will grow up thinking Joe is a wholesome father.

You can search for some of your old post images (if you remember part of the post title) this way:
Put this link in your browser:
https://api.pushshift.io/reddit/search/submission/?size=50&sort_type=score&subreddit=opieandanthony&sort=desc&fields=title,author,full_link,num_comments,score,url&q="fatrick"
Look at the end of the url. That's an example of a search for post titles with the word fatrick in them.
So if you're looking for a post with the words "bovine joe" in the title, replace "fatrick" with "bovine joe" and you'll get a results page with a list of posts containing those words in the post title.
You won't be able to access the sub posts but if you click on the image link it'll open.
Another user showed that tip but I forget who at the moment. I am not a tech whizz so that's about as far as my knowledge goes with looking for older stuff.

It’s fucked up we can’t even see in our personal record what we posted there. The O&A sub is the only sub I ever posted to. Pretty much my entire history on reddit just got flushed away.

We need a team of autists to save these valuable pieces of art.
