Bring back the "Cup of Joe" idea, except it's a 15 minute live show whenever Joe wakes up, so anywhere between 11am or 2pm. Joe enjoying his coffee on the back patio of his Long Island row house, with screaming Mexican/black neighbors, as he peers down his reading glasses at the morning paper and adds insightful commentary on the stories of the day.
